For flexibility, the silos table now defines which bins in a glass RVM accept softdrop or non-softdrop bottles. 
Details: added a new, optional field at the end of each silo table line (for glass bins only):
If ",S" is present, then only softdrop glass will be put into this bin.
If ",N" is present, then only non-softdrop glass will be put into this bin.
If ",B" is present (or neither ",S" or ",N" is present), then both softdrop and non-softdrop glass will be put into this bin. 

Silo table examples:   
note: the files SILOS.GSO and SILOS.GNO were changed on 5/20/05, if you have the 2004 versions, replace with these new versions.

File: SILOS.GSO: configures a glass RVM to accept softdrop only (all colors, no crush) into a single bin, using bin full sensor:

Softdrop and non-softdrop RVMs can now be loaded with the same barcode table. Each barcode's option byte determines if the bottle is softdrop or not (set bit 3 of the option byte for softdrop bottles, which corresponds to a value of 8).

Make sure you use the new SILOS.GCS from this software release, which adds ",N" to the main cabinet bins, ",S" to the side cabinet bins. 
Note: setting SIDE_CABINET=4 no longer puts softdrop in side cabinet, non-softdrop in main cabinet. Use SIDECAB2.OPT to set SIDE_CABINET=2 instead.
Note: the new SILOS.GCS is back-compatible with old RVM software versions.


Added a new parameter, BIN_TOGGLE, which is used by glass RVMs only.  If both glass bins in the main cabinet are configured to accept the same commodity such as clear/clear, the RVM will now switch bins every BIN_TOGGLE bottles so that the bins will fill up evenly when using a bin full sensor. 
Previous versions of RVM software would fill up the left bin until the bin full sensor was blocked and then go out of service, never putting any bottles into the right bin (only when both bins are configured to accept the same commodity). To get around this problem you had to configure the machine (via the SILOS table) to fill-by-count, then the RVM would fill the left bin then fill the right bin.

Note: sending a silo table to the RVM sets the "current bin" to the left. Updating the RVM software resets the internal glass bin toggle counter to 0.


When double-pressing the payment button to display the bin count, the current bin level and full level are no longer displayed for bins configured to use a bin full sensor.
Previously, for a glass RVM with side softdrop, double-pressing the payment button with no money due would display the bin count in the side cabinet, even though the side cabinet was configured to use a bin full sensor. Opening and closing the cabinet door would reset the current bin count in the side cabinet, which could be confusing.


Fixed long-standing problem: when the DEBUG parameter was set and the customer door was opened and closed, the second line of the display would just display ":". The "cheat message" is now correctly displayed. This problem occurred when we switched to the longer "happy" customer LCD messages.


To make room for the above software changes:
Eliminated the BINCNTBTNTIME parameter, this setting is now internally hard-coded to 19.
Eliminated the SHOWBARCODE parameter, this feature is now enabled whenever the DEBUG parameter is non-zero and in service mode.
Rewrote some of the keypad handling routines to be more efficient.
