This is a beta version of software, it has not been fully tested.
Added new parameter FEED_REV_ATTS= number of times to retry reversing feed to return container to customer if entry sensor never blocked to free a possibly bridged container. Default value is 2. Previously when rejecting a container the software didn't care if the entry beam never blocked when returning a container to the customer. Now, when rejecting a container if the entry beam is never blocked the software will jog the rollers then reverse the feed to return container to customer. If the entry beam is still not blocked the software will keep retrying until the number of the times specified by the parameter.
Fixed bugs introduced on 2/9/11: if inserted a non-participating
container, the rollers would erroneously remain on while the container was
reversed back to the customer, then the misleading message "Please insert
ONE container at a time" was displayed.
Fixed bug: if a can was inserted past the aluminum sensor, when the feed was reversed to detect aluminum after the barcode was read, the feed wasn't turned on long enough to feed into the bail.
Fixed bug: when configured as a glass machine all glass bottles were rejected if the PET sensor was disabled (STAGE/PETSNSR=0).
Fixed bug: if while inserting a container the container got stuck such that both exit sensors remained blocked, the bail would still move to accept container but the container would be rejected back to the customer and paid for. The container is no longer paid for in this case.
Eliminated unused parameter MAX_INVALID from the HDS version.

Copy all files to your CF1500 folder, typically c:\cf1500 (or \my
documents\cf1500 on a pocket PC).
This software only works in an Ultra HDS RVM!
Use WinRVM 3.1.8 / Pocket WinRVM 1.6.5 or later to easily load a machine with Ultra HDS software, simply select "Ultra HDS" as the "RVM Model" in the "Set/modify RVM info" window.
However, you can use older versions of WinRVM/pocket WinRVM as follows:
Configure the machine as a "can + PET, crushing" RVM from WinRVM, install above IMG file for the program instead of CF1500.img, load msgHDS.tbl for the message table, then apply HDS.OPT which contains default parameter values.
Note: the message table is not backwards compatible with the CF1500 or LCM...you must use different message tables for different RVM models.
